文章分析研究了3PE涂层产生阴极剥离的因素和控制措施。分析了试验原理和现象,总结在生产中积累的经验。理清了3PE涂层产生阴极剥离的原因,为提高3PE涂层的抗阴极剥离性能提供依据,可指导生产实际。
The paper is intended to study the root cause of the cathodic disbondment of the 3LPE coatings on steel pipeline and its control measures. The principle of the tests and testing phnomena arc analyzed and the accumulated production experiences are summarized. Eventually, the cause of cathodic disbondment of 3LPE coatings are found. It is a good guidance for the production practice and a good basis to improve the cathodic disbondment resistance performance of 3LPE coatings.
