In the point of view of the historical development, realistic conditions, future requirements and international background, it＇ s got the objective necessity and practical urgency to advocate inclusive growth. The major elements to comprehend the inclusive growth lie in the equitable growth, harmony growth and share growth. In practicing the inclusive growth, the core problem is to transform the mode of economic development; the key problem is to deepen the system reform of income distribution; the difficulty rests with coordination of economic and social sustainable development, what＇ s more, the fundamental lies in the development of human capital and implementation of full employment; and the investment and trade liberalization are the international responsibility of China.
