高校体育教育专业毕业生的就业现状与社会需求趋势调查

Investigation on Current Employment Situation and Social Need Tendency of Physical Education Graduates

采取访谈和问卷调查方法,对湖南省部分高校和中学以及体育管理部门、社会体育商业(服务)机构进行调查,结果显示体育教育人才就业的专业优势逐渐失去,整个社会对体育教育专业人才知识和能力的要求提高很快,需要的是兼具全面的体育和保健知识与技能的新型应用型复合人才。必须适应社会的发展要求,彻底改变陈旧落后的培养模式,构建新的办学思路和机制,以培养更多社会急需的体育教育人才。

An investigation is made in part of colleges and universities,middle schools,sports administration departments and social sports commercial（service） establishments in Human province by using interview and questionnaire methods,and the results show that physical education talents is losing their professional advantage in employment gradually,the social needs for knowledge and capabilities of the physical education professionals are promoted rapidly and the society needs new application-type compound talents with comprehensive physical and health knowledge and skills.Therefore,it is urgent to accommodate to the development requirement of the society,change the dated and lagging education mode thoroughly and construct new school management thought and mechanism so as to train more physical education talents to meet the needs of the society.
