水牛呼吸道杯状细胞分泌糖蛋白的化学特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 水牛气管和支气管杯状细胞中的分泌糖蛋白糖链含末端α-N-乙酰基-D-半乳糖胺、α-L-岩藻糖、N-乙酰基-D-葡萄糖胺和唾液酸。根据糖链末端糖基的种类,水牛杯状细胞的分泌糖蛋白的性质与人呼吸道杯状细胞相近似,而与猕猴气管杯状细胞差别甚大。另外,水牛呼吸道的杯状细胞间存在化学组成差别,不同杯状细胞的分泌糖蛋白中含不等量的同一末端糖基或缺乏这一末端糖基。 The sugar chains of secretory glycoproteins of the goblet cells contained terminal α-N-acetyl-D-galactosamine, α-L-fucose, N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and sialic acid in the tracheal and bronchial epithelium of the water buffaloes. According to the types of the terminal sugar residues, the chemical nature of secretory glycoproteins of buffalo goblet cells was close to that of human airway goblet cells, but significantly different from that of rhesus monkey tracheal goblet cells.Moreover, essential differences occurred among the goblet cells of the buffaloes. The secretory glycoproteins of different goblet cells had unequal amonts ( or lack ) the same terminal sugar residues.
