摘要
针对阻容类元件在结构光下的特征,提出了一种炉前检测算法.利用设计的一种差分算子,提取元件的差分,对差分值作积分投影,然后定位元件位置并提取元件几何特征;引入元件的颜色特征,实现了对阻容类元件缺件、偏移、歪斜和错件等缺陷的检测.实验结果表明:算法能满足检测系统准确性和实时性的要求.
Based on features of the resistance and capacitance components under the structure light source, a before-flow inspection algorithm was presented. Firstly, the horizontal and vertical differences were extracted with the difference operator, and then the differences were projected. Based on the integral projection of the differences, the components were located and the geometry features were extracted. Finally, the color features in the body were extracted and the defects such as missing components, shifts, skews and wrong components were identified effectively. Experiment results have verified the validity of this algorithm in terms of accuracy and speed.
