摘要
介绍了发动机螺旋进气道的正向设计方法,提出螺旋进气道设计的关键参数,描述了螺旋进气道各部分的构建过程,探索出一种基于对数螺线的螺旋进气道的设计方法.使用Pro/E软件建立螺旋进气道的三维实体模型,实现螺旋进气道的参数化设计.使用Fire软件对螺旋进气道内的气体流动进行数值模拟,得到螺旋进气道的流量系数和涡流比.采用气体流动迹线直观地展示空气在螺旋进气道和缸内的流动状况,可以为螺旋进气道的改进设计提供指导.
The positive design method of engine spiral intake port is introduced. Based on the key parameters of helical intake port and the structure of spirals intake, a parametric design method is presented, the 3- D model of helical intake port is established by using Pro/E software, and the parametric design of helical intake port is achieved. Then, gas flowing of spirals intake is simulated with Fire software, discharge coefficient and swirl ratio of helical intake port is obtained, and the flow condition of air which can provide guide for im- provement design at helical intake port and cylinder is displayed intuitively by the gas flow tracing line.
