摘要
针对知识表示方法在工程机械行业中应用的难点,结合履带式起重机快速设计平台的研究开发实例,得出结论:不同的设计知识应根据需要进行合理的模块划分,不同的模块采取合适的表示方法,将工程机械产品设计过程与开发过程充分地融合起来,达到快速开发新产品、提高产品设计知识利用效率、缩短产品生产周期的目的。
In response to the difficulties of the application of knowledge expression in the engineering machinery industry and combining the research and development examples of the rapid design platform of crawler crane,the paper draws the following conclusions:different design knowledge should be classified into modules in a reasonable manner on the basis of need,and appropriate expression shall be used for different modules to fully integrate the design process of engineering mechanical products and the development process so as to rapid develop new products,enhance product design knowledge utilization efficiency and shorten product production cycle.
