摘要
分析了轮胎传统存放方式存在的问题和轮胎立体库设计的可行性,展示了轮胎立体库设计方案和堆垛机4层货叉存取货机构的工作原理、结构特点。说明了轮胎立体库的优点:可合理存取轮胎,避免先进后出的弊端;可大大提高轮胎出库效率,降低工人的劳动强度,改善工人的工作条件;可借助于计算机实现立体库的全方位现代化管理。
This paper analyzes the problems in the traditional way of storing tire and the feasibility of tire high-rise warehouse design,shows design scheme of the high-rise tire warehouse,and working principle and structural characteristics of the 4-layer fork fetching mechanism of the stacker.Also,the advantages of high-rise tire warehouse are indicated that tire can be reasonably fetched,avoid the shortcoming of tire first-in last-out,greatly improve the delivery efficiency of tire,reduce labor intensity and improve working conditions,and achieve modern comprehensive management of high-rise warehouse by means of a computer.
