摘要
采用车式导向拖带装置+动卷胶带放带装置组合的新技术,在隧道内沿长距离带式输送机纵向中心将双卷胶带顺利开卷及拖放定位,显著提高施工效率,为向家坝水电站隧道长距离输送线的64 km胶带安装工程提供了专题技术方案与工程设计。
New technologies of vehicle type guide belt-towing device ＋ movable coil belt laying device is adopted to achieve smooth uncoiling,dragging and positioning of the double-roll belt along the longitudinal center of the long-distance belt conveyor in the tunnel,significantly improving the construction efficiency,offering special technology solutions and engineering design for the 64 km belt installation of tunnel long-distance belt conveyors project of Xiangjiaba hydropower station.
