摘要
针对制造园区生产建设服务过程中生产要素的能力约束与资源需求间供求不匹配的问题,提出面向制造园区日常生产服务管理的资源分析应用平台,建立依据生产所需关键资源要素将宏观生产任务自上而下展开的生产计划多粒度分解模型.首先,给出了一个生产计划的分解过程,采用BP(back propagation)神经网络算法实现计划到资源的映射与分解;然后,建立基于LP(精益生产)和TOC(约束理论)的能力评估机制,对初始生产计划进行反馈修正,使模型实现制造园区企业从生产计划到生产执行阶段各种资源需求计划的分解与转换;最后,建立了面向园区生产服务综合匹配的资源分析平台原型,对模型进行验证.研究结果表明:该平台为制造园区的生产管理和制造资源信息化提供理论与实践基础.
On the purpose of solving the problem of mismatch between capacity constraints of production factors and resource requirements,a resource analysis and application platform towards park management is proposed for production service management in manufacturing industrial park.The core of resource analysis and application platform is a multi-granularity planning decomposition model which is a top-down approach for macro production tasks based on critical elements and resources needed in produce process.Firstly,the whole decomposition process of production planning is given.Then,BP(back propagation) neural network algorithm is used in the decomposition process of production planning for resource mapping.Finally,based-on LP(lean production) and TOC(theory of constraint),a capacity assessment mechanism is given for the feedback and correction of the initial production plan.Therefore,the proposed model achieves the decomposition and mapping process from production planning to the planning of various resources requirements,a prototype system is established for testing.The research result shows that the platform provides the reference for industrial park production management and manufacturing resource information both in theory and in practice.
