煤矿综采液压支架三维图形仿真及运动分析 被引量:5

摘要 按工程实际建立综采液压支架的三维实体模型,并装配成虚拟样机,应用ADAMS软件,通过计算机图形真实地显示了综采液压支架上升运动过程中各零部件及结构件的相互位置关系.通过计算机图形模拟综采液压支架运动,实现了综采液压支架工作过程中运动状态的仿真,得出了在动力油缸变化速度输入条件下,综采液压支架主要部件的质心速度、加速度的变化情况及计算结果. 3D solid model of hydraulic support was built according to the integrated mechanized coal mining in practice.The virtual assembly prototype was created.By ADAMS software,the 3D graphics displayed the parts,structures and the relationships of the hydraulic support during uprising movement clearly and actually,and the manipulation of the hydraulic support operation situation was realized.The movement characteristics of the mess center of the main parts of the hydraulic support were analyzed,and their velocity and acceleration variation were presented under the different input velocity of powered cylinder.
