季铵盐支载合成2-氨基噻吩类化合物

A novel approach for synthesis of 2-aminothiophenes using a onium salt as soluble support

摘要 以三甲基羟乙基氯化铵作为可溶性载体,支载氰基乙酸酯,与硫及醛或酮经Gewald反应合成了10种2-氨基噻吩类化合物,产率为55%~91%,产物经红外光谱及核磁共振分析,与其结构相吻合.该方法操作简单,产物分离纯化方便,解脱下来的季铵盐结构没有遭到破坏,可循环使用. The research of the use of task-specific onium salt as soluble support for the Gewald synthesis of 2-aminothiophenes was reported in this article. This synthetic method was simple and efficient, and the products were obtained in good to excellent yields (55 %- 91 %) with high purities, without the need for chromatographic purification, and the onium salt could be recycled.
