摘要
为提高商用汽车气压防抱死制动系统(ABS)的安全性和可靠性,对气压ABS调节器的特性,特别是动态特性进行了试验研究。建立了气压制动ABS调节器制动气室在充放气状态下的动态微分方程,并通过仿真,分析了其气室压力变化的动静态特性;同时,介绍了气压ABS调节器的性能评价方法,提出了一种动静态性能参数试验测试方法,完成了气压ABS调节器的性能试验。试验结果表明,该方法提高了调节器的检测效率,能有效保证出厂产品的可靠性。
In order to improve safety and reliability of pneumatic ABS brake system for commercial vehicles,the characteristics,especially the dynamic characteristics of pneumatic ABS regulator are researched with experiments.The dynamic differential equations of brake chamber of pneumatic brake ABS regulator under air-filling and air-bleeding status are built;and the static and dynamic characteristics of pressure variation in air chamber are analyzed.In addition,the performance evaluation method for pneumatic ABS regulator is introduced,and the test method for static and dynamic parameters is proposed for accomplishing performance experiments for pneumatic ABS regulator.The results indicate that this method improves the detection efficiency,and ensures the reliability of the ex-factory products.
