摘要 生化反应器温度测量系统由采集设备和监控计算机构成。为满足高速测量和同步测量的需求,硬件设计过程中把通常采用的串行操作DS18B20方式改为并行方式,并将采集设备中的微处理器引脚分别单独接至DS18B20数据引脚。软件上采用字节命令并行操作多个DS18B20,并对数据进行二次处理得到测量温度。最后为采集设备设计了通信微处理器,使测量系统可扩展多个测量设备;同时,在监控软件设计中,使用分段标定数据和插值修正算法。实践证明,该系统实现了多设备的同步测量控制。 The temperature measuring system of biochemical reactor is composed of acquisition devices and monitoring computer.To satisfy the requirements of high-speed measurement and synchronous measurement,the commonly used serial operation of DS18B20 is changed into parallel operation;the pin of microprocessor in acquisition device is separately and respectively connected to data pin of DS18B20.In software,via byte command,multiple DS18B20 are operated in parallel,and the measured temperature is obtained by secondary processing.Communication microprocessor is designed for acquisition device to make the measurement system expandable into multiple measuring devices.In addition,in design of monitoring software,piecewise calibration data and interpolating correction algorithm are used.The practice varifies that the system implements synchronous measurement and control for multiple device and reduces measnrement error.
