摘要
绝大多数锅炉控制系统都采用传统的PID控制,控制效果较差,为此提出了一种新的控制方法———神经网络内模控制。该方法能够充分利用神经网络的函数逼近能力和内模控制的抗干扰能力,从而改善锅炉燃烧过程的控制效果。通过与传统控制方法进行比较,验证了该方法的可行性及优越性,这对今后控制方法的改进具有一定的指导意义。
It is found that most of the systems are using traditional PID control,and the control effect is very poor.In order to improve the control ability,the new control method,i.e.,neural network IMC is proposed.This method fully uses neural network function approximation capability and the anti-interference ability of the IMC to improve the control effect of boiler combustion process.Through comparing this method and traditional control method,the feasibility and superiority of the new method are verified.This is excellent guidance for improving control methods in the future.
