摘要
添加合金元素即合金化是改善镁合金性质、性能的有效途径。总结了基础合金元素(Al、Zn、Mn、Zr等)和微量合金元素(Ce、La、Sc、Er、Nd、Y、Sm、Ho、Gd及混合稀土等稀土元素和Ca、Sr等碱土金属元素以及Pb、Sn、Sb、Si、Hg、Ga等)对合金化镁合金耐腐蚀性能的影响,评述了失重法、电化学方法等合金化镁合金耐腐蚀性能的主要研究方法,指出了当前镁合金合金化及耐腐蚀性能研究中存在的问题和发展方向。
Adding alloying elements is an effective way to improve the properties and performance of magnesium alloys. The effects of the primary alloying elements (such as Al, Zn, Mn, Zr, etc. ) and the micro alloying elements (such as rare earth elements Ce, La, Sc, Er, Nd, Y, Sin, Ho, Gd and mixed RE, alkaline earth metal ele- ments Ca and Sr, other elements Pb, Sn, Sb, Si, Hg and Ga) on the anti-corrosion performance of magnesium alloys are summarized. Moreover, the main investigation methods on the alloys anti-corrosion performance, such as the weight loss and electrochemical methods as well as some other methods, are reviewed. Finally, the problems and de velopment trends in alloying of magnesium alloys as well as in their corrosion resistance researches are pointed out.
