摘要
选取1 472只28日龄AA肉仔鸡,随机分为23个处理,每个处理8个重复.试验包括1个玉米-豆粕型基础日粮组及22个不同来源玉米替代组(60%基础日粮+40%玉米),同时用全收粪法和指示剂法测定22种玉米的AME和AMEn,并测定各处理的肉仔鸡生长性能.结果表明:玉米水分、粗蛋白、总能、粗脂肪、粗灰分、钙、磷、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和粗淀粉的变异系数分别为5.88%、3.19%、0.56%、6.67%、14.04%、51.88%、19.26%、6.25%、9.48%和0.57%;指示剂法测得的AME1变异系数为2.36%,AMEn1变异系数为2.15%;全收粪法测得的AME2变异系数为2.43%,AMEn2变异系数为2.22%.相关性分析表明,玉米水分含量和总能与肉仔鸡平均日采食量存在显著正相关(P<0.05);玉米水分、粗灰分和中性洗涤纤维含量与肉仔鸡料重比均存在显著正相关(P<0.05);玉米粗淀粉含量与肉仔鸡平均日采食量和料重比均存在显著负相关(P<0.05);玉米AME1与肉仔鸡平均日采食量存在显著负相关(P<0.05);玉米AME2和AMEn2与肉仔鸡料重比存在显著负相关(P<0.05).
A total of 1472 AA broiler chickens of 28 day were randomly allotted into 23 different treatments consisted of 8 replicates.A corn-soybean meal basal diet and 22 substitutions(60% of the basal diet + 40% test corn sample selected from different regions) were prepared.A metabolic experiment was carried out to determine AME and AMEn of corns using TiO2 indicator method and total collection method.The growth performance was measured over this period.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of moisture,CP,GE,EE,ASH,Ca,P,NDF,ADF and starch of corn samples were 5.88%,3.19%,0.56%,6.67%,14.04%,51.88%,19.26%,6.25%,9.48% and 0.57%,respectively.The coefficient of variation of AME and AMEn were 2.36% and 2.15%,respectively,with the TiO2 indicator method,and 2.43%,respectively,with total collection method.Significant positive correlation was detected between ADFI and moisture,GE(P0.05),and between F/G and moisture,ASH,NDF of corns(P0.05).Significant negative correlation was detected between ADFI and starch,AME1(P0.05),and between F/G and starch,AME2,AMEn2(P0.05).The experiment results indicated a significant variation of chemical compositions and metabolic energy of corns from different regions exist,and the variation of metabolic energy may be caused by different collecting methods of excreta.Significant correlation was detected between certain chemical compositions or metabolic energy of corns and growth performance indexes of broilers.It was suggested the practical nutritionists should formulate broiler diets according to the actual nutritional value of corn to produce uniform feed or poultry products.
