红腹锦鸡肝脏结构的透射电镜观察 被引量:2

摘要 利用透射电镜技术观察了红腹锦鸡(Chroysolophus pictus)肝脏的超微结构.结果表明:红腹锦鸡肝细胞呈多面体形或不规则形,异染色质较少,胞质内粗面型内质网发达,线粒体数量较多,核糖体丰富,可见内含颗粒样物质的次级溶酶体,糖原分散或聚集成小颗粒状,高尔基体位于胞核与胆小管附近.胆小管由相邻的肝细胞围成,相邻肝细胞间有连接复合体封闭胆小管.肝血窦内有枯否氏细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞和浆细胞.肝细胞近狄氏间隙和胆小管面由细胞质突起形成丰富微绒毛.超微结构说明红腹锦鸡肝细胞的物质代谢、吸收和分泌功能非常旺盛. The liver structure of Chroysolophus pictus is observed by transmission electron microscope. The results show that the liver cells are polygon or irregular in appearance, there are less heterochromatin, developed rough endoplasmic retieulums, abundant mitochondria and ribosomes and secondary lysosomes including crystal substance. Glycogen scatter or get together into little grains. Golgi bodies are near the nu- cleolus and bile canaliculus. The bile canaliculus are surrounding by adjacent hepatoeytes. Junctional com- plex between the adjacent hepatocytes block out the bile canalieulus. KupfferPs ceils, lymphocytes, mono- cytes and plasma cells can be observed in the hepatic sinusoids. The hepatocytes protrude many microviuia facing the bile canaliculi and the space of Disse. The observation results indicate that the hepatocytes are very active in substance metabolizing ~ absorbing and secreting.
