LAS、Cd^(2+)对泽蛙蝌蚪的联合毒性研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用暴露试验法研究阴离子表面活性剂LAS、重金属Cd2+及它们共存时对泽蛙蝌蚪的急性毒性及SOD、CAT活性的影响.结果表明:LAS、Cd2+对蝌蚪的96h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为14.43、4.21mg/L.在单一毒性试验基础上,应用相加指数法按毒性单位1∶1和浓度单位1∶1分别进行联合毒性试验,结果表明:LAS、Cd2+按毒性单位1∶1复合时,48、96h时的联合毒性作用均表现为协同作用;LAS、Cd2+按浓度单位1∶1复合时,48h时表现为拮抗作用,96h时表现为协同作用.蝌蚪在亚急性浓度的LAS、Cd2+条件下暴露10d后,单一LAS、Cd2+对泽蛙蝌蚪肝脏的CAT、SOD活性具有显著的诱导作用,LAS、Cd2+复合污染对蝌蚪肝脏CAT、SOD活性也产生了明显影响,表现为一定的协同作用. To investigate the effects of linear alkylbenzene sulfonates(LAS) and Cd2+ single and combined pollution in Rana limnocharis tadpole,the acute toxicity and joint toxicity tests of LAS,Cd2+ and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) in liver were measured by using exposed experiment.The results showed that LC50 of 96 h for LAS and Cd2+ to tadpole were 14.43 mg/L,4.21 mg/L respectively.In addition,it also indicated that the joint toxicity of Cd2+ and LAS was synergistic while the toxicity was 1∶1 by evaluation using marking additive index.The joint toxicity of Cd2+ and LAS was antagonism at 48 h and synergistic at 96 h while the concentration was 1∶1.The results also indicated the activities of CAT and SOD increased significantly after 10 d exposure to single pollution of Cd2+ and LAS,and the joint effects of the combined pollution on the CAT and SOD activities were synergistic.
