温度对当归反季育苗苗期农艺性状的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以当归为试材,采用设施反季育苗方式,在3种不同温度的设施环境中,研究了温度与当归苗期生长动态的关系.结果表明:当归3叶期以前幼苗生长缓慢,之后生长明显加快.以3叶期为界,可将苗期划分为苗前期和苗后期.当日均温稳定在15~18℃时,移栽前(苗龄120d)15~20℃处理的当归苗从播种到适于移栽的苗龄需≥5℃的有效积温1 228℃,每片真叶长出需有效积温215.2~102.0℃,有效积温的变化呈递减趋势,当归的芦头直径、苗鲜质量、株高、小叶数及主根长平均分别可达6mm、1.12g/株、14.2cm、25.3枚和16.6cm,移栽后可以达到高产.因此该温度范围被认为是当归反季育苗的最适温度. The relationship between temperature and dynamic growth of angelica seedlings was studied by winter seedling raised with plastic cups in different temperature conditions.The results showed that ≥5 ℃ effective accumulation temperature 1 228 ℃ was required from seeds sowing to transplanting of suitable seedlings.Also ≥5 ℃ effective accumulation temperature 215.2~102 ℃ was required for every pieces of leaf.According to dynamic growth of seedlings,the seedling period could be divided into two stages with 3rd leaf being the boundary.The seedlings grew and developed in the first stage,while in the second stage,the dry matter accumulated rapidly.With temperature stabilized at 15~18 ℃,angelica seedlings grew faster before being transplanted,the root diameter reached 6 mm,the fresh seedlings weight was 1.12 g/plant,the height attained 14.2 cm,the number of leaflet got to 25.3,and the length of root achieved 16.6 cm,expected to high-yield after being transplanting.Therefore,the average temperature in 15~18 ℃ could be thought of the most appropriate temperature condition in winter seedling raised of Angelica sinensis.
