岷县当归挥发油成分产地差异及提取工艺研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用L9(34)正交设计优化了当归挥发油水蒸气蒸馏法的提取工艺,利用Belousov-Zhabotinskii(B-Z)化学振荡体系检测了岷县不同产地当归水提物成分的产地特征,结合气质联用(GC-MS)测定并分析了其化学组分.结果表明:当归挥发油水蒸气蒸馏法的最佳提取条件为药材粉碎度60目,浸泡时间6h,提取时间8h,料液比1∶9,在此条件下挥发油的提取率达1.22%;岷县不同产地当归的水提物使B-Z化学振荡体系的振幅和周期产生不同变化,呈现出明显的产地特征;岷县不同地区当归挥发油的主要化学成分及其相对百分含量存在明显差异. The extracting process of volatile oil of Angelica with steam distillation was optimized by using of L9(34) orthogonal design.The investigation of the characteristics of place of origin was made making use of B-Z oscillating system for Angelica sinensis volatile oil component in Min County different regions.The chemical constituents were determined and analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that volatile oil reached 1.22% under the condition as fineness 60,soak for 6 h,extract for 8 h,material:water 1∶9.Water extracting of A.sinensis from different producing areas of Min county made B-Z chemical oscillation system′s amplitude and cycle different change.Volatile oil composition exist differences in different producing areas in Min County.
