摘要
采用溶液共混法将纳米ZnO颗粒添加到聚碳酸酯(PC)中,制备得到了具有高透明性、高紫外线屏蔽能力的PC/ZnO纳米复合高分子膜。分别使用傅立叶转换红外线光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见分光光度计对纳米复合膜的光学性能进行了分析和表征。结果表明当纳米ZnO的添加量为10%(质量分数)时,复合膜的可见光透过率为98%,与未添加纳米ZnO的PC膜一致。与市售隔紫外线PC产品对比,纳米复合膜同时具有较好的透明度和紫外线屏蔽能力,紫外线的阻隔率可达92%。
Highly transparent polycarbonate (PC)/ZnO nanocomposite films with good ultraviolet (UV)-shielding performance have been successfully obtained by a simple solution mixing method using cyclohexanone (CYC) as a co-solvent. The prepared nanoeomposite films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrosco- py, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and UV-visible spectroscopy. The nanocomposite films exhibited good UV-shielding properties (above 92% ) without loss of visible transparency (98%) even when the ZnO content was 10% (mass fraction). The as-prepared PC/ZnO composite films possess higher transmittance in the visible light region and better UV-shielding properties than a eommercial product.
