摘要
采用微机控制氨基酸自动分析仪测定了4种天然花粉(苹果花粉、茶花粉、乌桕花粉和油菜花粉)中氨基酸的种类和含量,由氨基酸含量分析了花粉具有的功效及对人体的作用;通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测量了花粉中的元素含量,并根据第四统计力学群子统计参数理论进行数据处理和分析。结果表明,理论分析与临床试验结果一致4,种花粉具有很高的抗癌功效及良好的清热凉血、降血脂的等功效;4种花粉的阴阳性均属为(-)(-)(+)(-)中药类。
The type and content of amino acids in four kind of pollen (apple pollen, tea pollen, Sapium sebiferum pollen, and rape pollen) have been determined using an automatic amino acid analyzer with attached microcomputer, and the pollen efficacy on the human body was correlated with the amino acid content. The content of essential elements in the pollen was also determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry. The high value of the pollens in healthcare was demonstrated on the basis of the statistical parameters of the fourth statistical theory. The results show that the theoretical analysis is consistent with the clinical tests. The four kinds of pollen have anticancer, heat dissipating, blood cooling and lipid lowering efficacy. The Yin and Yang of the four kinds of pollen are ( - )( - )( +)( - ).
