水下微脉冲激光雷达单光子测距技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 在水下测距中,回波强度不足以在探测器输出端形成完整的回波波形。本文提出运用微脉冲激光雷达体制,对于单光子进行探测,利用Poission分布概率检测原理可检测出回波出现的位置,并结合水下测距系统进行一系列仿真计算和实验,收到良好效果,研究有助于大幅提高激光水下测距雷达的测距能力。 The signal is very low in underwater laser ranging,so it is very difficult to recognize the echo wave.This paper introduces new method-micro pulse lidar technology and uses it to process the signal.The digital threshold detection is simulated with laser ranging radar and we get good results.This study will help to greatly improve the ability of laser ranging radar.
