腹腔镜下肾脏肿瘤射频消融术患者的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Laparoscopic Radiofrequency Ablation for Renal Tumors

目的探讨腹腔镜下肾脏肿瘤射频消融术的护理特点。方法总结12例腹腔镜下肾脏肿瘤射频消融术的围术期护理措施。结果所有患者均能积极配合治疗和护理,手术均获成功,未出现护理并发症。结论腹腔镜下肾脏肿瘤射频消融术具创伤小、术后患者康复快的特点。术前准确完成各项准备工作,认真做好心理护理;术后严密观察患者生命体征,做好各引流管的护理及并发症的观察等,对腹腔镜下肾脏肿瘤射频消融术的成功和术后的恢复有着重要的意义。

Objective To explore the characteristics of nursing of laparoscopic radiofrequency ablation for renal tumor.Methods The perioperative nursing intervention of 12 cases of laparoscopic radiofrequency ablation for renal tumor was summarized.Results All patients actively cooperated with the treatment and nursing and all the operations were accomplished successfully.No complication was observed during the nursing procedure.Conclusion Laparoscopic radiofrequency ablation for renal tumors is characterized by minimal trauma and faster postoperative recovery.Preoperative accurate completion of the preparatory work,intensive psychological nursing,close postoperative observation of vital signs of patients,the drainage tube and complications after the operation play an vital role in the successful operation of laparoscopic radiofrequency ablation for renal tumors as well as the postoperative recovery.
