摘要
本文通过分析高校在校企合作过程中学校、企业与政府在合作中出现的问题,以本地区科技型企业为例,列举在与高校合作过程中技术转移、成果转化、人才培养、项目研发上的困难所在。通过从微观层面入手,分析从微观机制层面构建"政校企行"联动促进机制推动校企合作融合程度、效益的差别,探讨在不同领域中政府政策引导与推动校企合作所起的作用。
At first,the paper mentioned the problem of the school-enterprise cooperation process in colleges,enterprises and the government during cooperation.To this area science and technology enterprise as an example,cited in cooperation with colleges and universities in the process of technology transfer,transformation of achievements,talents cultivation,research and development projects on the difficulties,passing from the microcosmic perspective,analysis from microcosmic level of mechanism construction of political school enterprise association' linkage mechanism to promote school-enterprise cooperation to promote the integration degree,benefit difference.This paper explores in different fields of government policy guidance and promotes the cooperation between roles.
