摘要
美国新教师的入职教育起步比较早,在其发展的历程中取得了辉煌的成就,推动了美国教师教育的快速发展,其成功经验值得我们思考和借鉴。新教师为我国高职教育发展注入了新的血液,然而,由于种种因素的制约和影响,高职新教师在成长和发展的过程中会遇到不少困惑和冲突,产生一些心理矛盾。结合美国新教师入职教育的经验,分析我国高职新教师成长和发展中可能会出现的问题并提出一些应对策略。
In the USA, teachers'inductive education started very early, achieved great brilliance during its development, and promoted the rapid development of teachers' education. Its successful experience deserves our attention. New teachers infuse our higher vocational education with new blood, but they can also be confronted with confusions, conflicts and contradictions because of different factors. On the basis of an analysis of the experience of teachers' inductive education in the USA, this paper explores possible problems that may arise during new teachers' development, and also presents some solutions.
