Present Situation of Paradigm Research of Domestic Social Policy in Recent Years

近年国内社会政策研究对于"范式"的讨论主要集中在福利体制、福利多元主义、社会排斥及发展型社会政策几个方面。这些研究存在的不足是,倾向于引介国外理论,缺乏本土理论的构建;研究主题分散,研究规范不统一。中国社会政策学者应该勇于介入社会现实,提出新的解决社会问题的思路、方法和对策。因此,社会政策研究有必要在范式方面进行一次新的革命。

In recent years,the social policy research has focused on the topics about the welfare system,welfare pluralism,social exclusion and developmental social policy in China.The first shortcoming of these studies is inclined to introduce foreign theories and lack the construction of local theories;the second is that research subject is scattered and research standard isn＇t unified.Chinese social policy schoolars should intervene bravely in social reality problems,propose new trains of thoughts of solving social problems.So it is necessary to have a new revolution about social policy research in paradigm aspect.
