摘要
盛宣怀实业教育思想形成于洋务运动创办近代企业急需人才培养的具体实践中,其实业教育思想以培养一线技术人才为目标,教学过程注重学生动手能力的培养,强调严格管理,从严治学。
Sheng Xuanhuai＇s industrial education thought was formed in specific practice that modern enterprises of Westernization Movement urgently needed talent training,which paid attention to the training of students＇ manipulative abilities in the process of teaching and emphasized strict management and persuing one＇s study strictly regarding training front talents as a target.
