Legal Ground and Practice on the Unionization of Foreign-invested Enterprises

针对中国大力推进工会化进程中,不少外资企业对中国有关设立工会的要求存在的诸多模糊疑问,从法律的层面剖析了其组建工会的基本法律依据,讨论了工会设立的具体步骤和工会设立期间、设立之后外商投资企业对工会应负担的各项义务,并就外商投资企业工会化实践中的相关问题进行了探讨研究。

During China＇s Advocating of unionization, many foreign-invested enterprises feel confused at the requirements of our union＇s construction. It analyzes the legal ground for the union＇s formation, and discusses the concrete procedures to establish the union. The obligations that the foreign invested-enterprises shall bear towards their trade unions are also elaborated, respectively during and after the formation.
