摘要
以抗病王子、亲密1号、FR-2和Yガ一ド4个甜瓜砧木品种幼苗为研究对象,进行20℃/10℃(昼/夜)和15℃/7℃(昼夜)2个低温处理,以25℃/15℃(昼/夜)为对照,分析了低温胁迫下幼苗的生长状态和生理特性的变化,以期为甜瓜耐寒性砧木筛选提供理论依据。结果表明,在低温胁迫处理5d后,随着温度降低和处理时间的延长,各甜瓜砧木品种幼苗生长势逐渐减弱,叶片内维生素C含量逐渐减少,而脯氨酸和丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量逐渐上升,超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)和过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)的活性是先增强后降低。综合评价,4个甜瓜砧木品种抗寒性强弱依次为抗病王子>亲密1号>Yガ一ド>FR-2。
The seedlings of four melon rootstocks Kangbingwangzi,Qinmi 1 ,FR-2 and Yガ一ド were grown under two low temperature regime 20℃/10℃ and 15 ℃/7 ℃ (day/night). Seedlings growth and physiological characteristics of the four muskmelon varieties were studied during the low temperature stress. The results showed that after 5 days low temperature stress,growth potential of the seedlings reduced gradually,content of Vc decreased, proline and MDA increased, and the activity of the SOD,POD and CAT increased firstly and then decreased. In addition,the cold tolerance of the four melon rootstocks was Kangbingwangzi 〉Qinmi 1 〉Yガ一ド 〉FR-2.
