摘要
利用catia软件建立了某货车驱动桥壳三维模型,运用有限元分析的方法,在ANSYS Workbench软件中建立了驱动桥壳的有限元模型,分析了驱动桥壳在四种典型工况下的结构强度。并对桥壳进行了模态分析,计算了在自由状态下的前12阶固有频率和振型。分析结果表明,桥壳的强度满足设计的要求,具有较好的抗振性。
The three-dimensional model of truck drive axle housing was established by using catia software.The finite element model was built in ANSYS Workbench software by applying finite element analysis method.The structural strength of the drive axle housing in four typical operating conditions was analyzed.And the modal analysis of drive axle housing was carried on in ANSYS Workbench software.In the free state,the first 12 natural frequencies and mode shapes were calculated.The results indicate that the strength of drive axle housing satisfies the static design request and with good vibration resistance.
