柴油机掺烧不同比例过氧化氢的试验研究

摘要 分析了过氧化氢(H202)的化学反应特性,并设计了一种过氧化氢供给系统。在直喷式柴油机上采用单点电喷技术向进气道喷射过氧化氢,研究了掺烧不同比例过氧化氢对柴油机动力性、燃油经济性、NOx和碳烟排放的影响。试验结果表明:掺烧小比例过氧化氢可以有效降低NOx和碳烟排放,并改善柴油机的燃油经济性。 Based on analyzing the chemistry characteristics of oxydol(H202),a kind of oxydol supply system is designed.In fuel injection engine using single-point injection technology to inject oxydol to the inlet,the diesel engine performance,fuel economy,NOx and carbon smoke emission are studied through injecting different proportion of oxydol to diesel.Test results show that small proportion of oxydol can reduce the NOx and carbon smoke emissions effectively,and improve diesel engine fuel economy.
