摘要
本文简要报道北京菊酯Ⅱ安全性的毒理学评价的研究结果。大、小鼠急性毒性试验、小鼠蓄积毒性、耐受性试验和大、小鼠亚慢性毒性试验等一般毒性试验;致突变试验(大、小鼠微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验)和致畸试验(大鼠传统和喂养致畸试验),兔皮肤、兔耳和眼结膜刺激试验等专门毒性试验的结果表明,北京菊酯Ⅱ及其制剂10％北京菊酯Ⅱ乳油是一种安全的杀虫药。
This paper briefly represents the studies on the toxicological evaluation of safety of Beijingmethrin Ⅱ .The general, tests for acute, accumulative and subchronic toxicity in mice and rats; the special tests for effects on mutagenicity ( the micronucleus test for cytogenetic analysis in mice and rats, the test for sperm abnormality in mice ) and teratogenicity ( the traditional and feeding teratogenic tests ) and the special tests for local irritation on skin, ear and eye in rabbits were undergone. The results of above mentioned tests revealed that Beijingmethrin Ⅱ and its 10% emulsifiable concentrate is a safe insecticidal agent.
