摘要 能源统计对能源管理及能源发展规划和战略具有重要意义。能源加总是能源统计中的基本问题之一。我国能源加总方法以热当量法为基础,然而该方法仅考虑了不同能源‘量’的属性而忽略了其‘质’的属性,因此加总结果不能正确反映出不同能源的真实价值。为把影响能源价值的主要因素包含在能源加总中,本文对现有文献中提及的四种方法进行了对比分析,指出Divisia能源指数方法是较好的能源加总方法。并用Divisia理想能源指数和热当量法对吐哈油田2001~2010年的油气产出进行了实证性对比,指出了能源定价问题是影响Divisia计算方法准确性的因素,并给出了完善意见。 Energy statistics play an important role in energy management and energy planning and strate- gic development. Energy aggregation is one of the essential issues among energy statistics. In China, it is based on thermal equivalent,.method. However, this method only involves the quantity rather than quality of energy, so that the aggregation cannot correctly reflect the real value of different energy resources. Consider- ing the attribute of quality, this paper shows four methods from literature research and draws the conclusion that Divisia index approach is the best. What is more, it provides an empirical analysis of the aggregation of oil and gas output of Tuha Oilfield (2001-2010) by using the Divisia index and thermal equivalent method. It also points out that the energy pricing has become the factor to influence the accuracy of Divisia index, and provides further perfect opinions.
