摘要
主要从设计和施工两个方面分析了高层住宅工程中出现渗漏问题的原因,并针对不同位置的渗漏现象提出了相应的处理措施,从而尽可能减少渗漏现象,保证高层住宅工程质量。
This paper mainly from the design and construction two aspects, analysed the causes of leakage problems in high-rise residential project, and put forward corresponding measures aimed at the leakage phenomenon of different position, reduced the leakage phenomenon, ensuren high-rise residential engineering quality.
