详细介绍了一种新型隧道消防管道保温控制设备——发热电缆低温伴热系统,该设备利用先进可靠的RS485通讯技术研究解决了管道防冻系统电伴热控制设备的设计、应用的一些技术性问题,使保温防冻系统自动控制其温度保持在允许的范围内,从而实现了对管道的主动性保温防冻。
The paper introduces a new equipment for the insulation control of the fire-fighting pipelines in tunnels, that is, the heating cable low- temperature semi-thermal system, indicates the equipment adopts the advanced and reliable RS485 communicating technique and solves some technical problems in the design and the application of the electric trace heating control equipment in the anti-freezing system of the pipelines, so as to keep the temperature of the insulation and anti-freezing system to be controlled automatically within the permitted scope, and to realize the active insulation and anti-freezing effect of the pipelines.
