This thesis explores how to implement supervision according to relevant laws, regulations and compulsory construction standard for supervision engineer, and safe production supervision responsibility in engineering construction process, proposes some views and experience on safe supervision content and requirement in the construction field, with a view to communicate with competitive supervision and to improve supervision level.
