From the perspective of construction unit, this paper introduced the common method of unbalanced bid, analysed the existed reasons and consequences, combining with the practice put forward a few practical unbalanced bid coping strategies, so as to maintenance the normal profit of construction party and market order, promoted the healthy development of construction industry.
