青少年与老年患者复发性鼻出血临床分析

Clinical analysis of teenager and elderly patients with intractable epistaxis

目的探讨青少年与老年患者复发性鼻出血的出血部位和治疗方法。方法对46例患者行仔细鼻内镜检查,在鼻内镜下分别采取电凝烧灼、鼻中隔黏膜剥离划痕、鼻中隔成型术。结果术后随访3个月,治愈率100%,无并发症发生。结论青少年和老年患者复发性鼻出血有不同的临床特征,选择恰当的治疗方法可以取得满意疗效。

Objective To investigate the teenager and elderly patients＇ recurrence nasal bleeding points and the management of intractable epistaxis.Methods The clinic data of 46 cases with careful endoscopic examination,were taken in the endoscopic electrocoagulation cautery,nasal mucosal scratches,septal plasty.Results All patients were followed 3 months,the curative rate were 100% and no complications occurred.Conclusion Teenager and elderly patients with recurrent epistaxis have different clinical features,choosing the appropriate treatment can obtain satisfactory results.
