肺结核患者合并细菌性肺炎的病原菌及其耐药性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解肺结核合并细菌性肺炎的病原菌及其药敏情况,为临床合理选用抗生素提供依据。方法对2009年1月~2010年12月肺结核合并细菌性肺炎患者痰标本进行培养分离及药敏检测,并进行回顾性分析。结果 G-杆菌已经成为肺结核合并细菌性肺炎患者最常见的病原菌。排前3位的细菌分别为肺炎克霉伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、不动杆菌;G+球菌以金葡菌为主。G-杆菌对亚胺培南敏感性最高,对常用药头孢他啶、头孢曲松、头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮等都有不同程度的耐药;G+球菌对氨苄西林、青霉素耐药性最高,对万古霉素敏感。结论肺结核合并细菌性肺炎患者病原菌普遍耐药性较高。因此,尽可能进行痰培养,以明确病原,根据药敏结果合理选择抗生素,避免不合理应用抗生素导致细菌耐药性产生。
