目的通过对城区65岁以上老年人检验结果分析,探讨查体对保障老人身体健康的重要性。方法对城区4648名老年人的生化10项查体资料进行统计分析。结果各项指标异常率为:谷丙转氨酶(ALT)4.5%,谷草转氨酶(AST)2.8%,甘油三酯(TG)10.3%,胆固醇(CHO)18.8%,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)3.8%,低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)26.4%,血糖(GLU)18.4%,尿素氮(BUN)28.5%,肌酐(Cr)12.1%,尿酸(UA)6.9%。结论定期查体可以及早发现老年人体内异常指标。

Objective Through to the city of people aged 65 years and older check understanding the elderly health. Methods In 4648 elderly people biochemical ten check datas for statistical analysis. Results The rate of abnormal index ： alanine aminotransferase （ ALT ） 4.5%, aspartate aminotransferase （ AST ） 2. 8% （ TG ） 10.3%, triglyceride （ CHO ） 18. 8%, cholesterol, high density lipoprotein （ HDL - C ） in 3.8%, low density lipoprotein （ LDL - C ） 26. 4% （ GLU ） 18.4% , blood glucose, blood urea nitrogen （BUN） 28.5 % , creatinine （ Cr ） 12. 1% , uric acid （UA） 6.9%. In 4648 elderly people biochemical ten check datas for statistical analysis. Conclusion The survey datas showed the elderly decreased renal function, blood lipids and plasma glucose in abnormal rate was significantly higher, further understanding of the importance of regular physical examination in elderly people.
