Snodgrass in treatment of pediatric hypospadias clinical analysis

目的分析Snodgrass术联合去上皮组织瓣双重覆盖术对尿道下裂的治疗效果。方法根据病史、体格检查确诊尿道下裂40例,均行Snodgrass术联合去上皮组织瓣双重覆盖术,分析治疗效果。结果 Snodgrass术联合去上皮组织瓣双重覆术,35例一次手术成功,5例出现尿道瘘,一次手术成功率为87.5%。结论 Snodgrass术式成功率高,并发症少,适合阴茎体型、冠状沟型、下弯不严重的阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂。

Objective To analyse the epithelial tissue flap Snodgrass joint to double cover the operation hypospadias therapeutic effect. Methods According to the history,physical examination confirmed hypospadias in 40 cases,joint to epithelial tissue flap Snodgrass double cover art 40 cases,analysis and comparison therapeutic effect. Results The joint to epithelial tissue flap Snodgrass double cover art,35 patients were once the operation is successful ,5 cases with urethral fistula,the total successful rat of operation was 87.5%. Conclusion Snodgrass bimanual high success rate,less complications, suit the penis shape,coronary groove type, under bending not serious scrotal type hypospadias penis.
