摘要
氧敏感的离子通道在肺动脉平滑肌细胞低氧感受与反应中的作用是近年缺氧性肺血管收缩反应(hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction,HPV)研究热点,HPV是机体重要的生理性调节机制,白1867年以来人们逐渐发现低氧可引起肺血管收缩,并对其细胞学和分子学机制进行了长期的探索,发现低氧既可使去内皮肺动脉环收缩,
