近年来，随着我国政治经济快速发展，我国行政法治建设也有了长足进步，行政执法状况有了明显改善。但是，行政执法工作中仍然存在着许多不完善的地方，特别是基层行政执法中的问题尤为突出，已严重制约了我国法制化进程。因此，正确把握和分析出基层行政执法中的问题及其产生的原因，并提出相应的解决措施，对加快社会主义法治建设具有十分重大的意义。
