摘要
以3种不同的百合为原料,用水浸提法提取百合中游离氨基酸,对提取条件进行研究,通过正交试验确定最适宜提取条件(即:以7.5%乙酸为提取液,料液比1∶35,70℃提取3 h)。同时采用氨基酸分析仪测定3种百合的水提取液样品,共检出17种游离氨基酸(其中7种为必需氨基酸)。结果表明,百合中的游离氨基酸以精氨酸为主体,占总游离氨基酸含量的60%左右,说明百合中的氨基酸具有很高的营养和药用价值。
To investigate the kinds and contents of the free amino acid(FAA) in three kinds of lily,the powder of lily was extracted in the distilled water.The conditions of extraction were studied.By orthogonal test,the results showed that the most appropriate conditions were as the following: extracting solvent was 5.0% acetic acid,the ratio of mass to liquid was 1:35,the extraction time was 3h and the extraction temperature was 70℃.The extracted samples of FAA in three kinds were measured by an Automatic Amino Acid Analyzer.There were 17 kinds of FAA,of which 7 were essential amino acids.The results showed that the main free amino acid in lily was arginine,which was about 60% of total FAA.FAA of lily showed high potential in medicine and nutrition.
