摘要
将健康的鲫鱼120尾随机分为4组,每组2个重复,每个重复15尾,各组分别饲喂添加益生菌浓度为0.0%0、.2%、0.4%、0.6%的饵料,试验结束后,测定各组鱼的增重率、形体指标和内脏指数以及肌肉各营养成分,分析在饲料中添加不同浓度的益生菌后对鲫鱼生长发育、内脏指数以及肌肉各营养成分影响。试验结果显示,添加0.4%试验组鲫鱼的增重和营养效果最佳。
The healthy 120 samples of Crucian carp were divided into 4 groups at random.Each testing included two repeats with each of 15 samples.Then each testing group was fed with feedstuff mixed with probiotics.The different concentrations of probiotics were 0.0%,0.2%,0.4%,and 0.6% respectively.Their weight showed an increase of 25% in a month.The figure index and viscera index were measured,the nutrient composition of each group were analyzed after 32 feeding days.As a result,the best concentration of probiotics was 0.4% on the increase of the weight and the nutrient composition.
