摘要
教学活动作为一种人为的、为人的生命活动,是体现教师生命意志、彰显生命本性、促进生命发展与完善的特殊生存实践。然而,在现实教学生活中,教师遭遇着日常与非日常、为我与我为、规避与自由、封闭与开放等生存困境。为此,我们只有全面认识生存困境,培育生存信仰,积极转变生存方式,营造良好生存环境,才能逐渐走出生存困境,进而不断提高教师生存质量。
As an activity by men and for men,teaching embodies teachers' life wills,highlights the nature of life,and promotes the development of life.However,teachers encounter dilemmas consituted by the intrinsic conflicts in their profession:routineness versus nonroutineness;self-serving versus others-serving;discipline versus emancipation;closedness versus openness.Therefore,only when we develop a full understanding of the the dilemmas,cultivate a healthy life philosophy,transform our mode of living,and create favourable living conditions,can the dilemmas faced by teachers be resolved and their life quality be improved.
