胡适新诗本体话语的差异性建构

Hu Shi's Construction of Difference in his Ontological Discourse on New Poetry

胡适为新诗合法性辩护的本体话语,是通过强化新诗与旧诗之间的差异性特征,以及诗与散文共同的语言特征建立起来的,并未过多地关注新诗自身的文体特征。中国新诗的发展,因此不是沿袭,而是一个不断背叛和反抗胡适设定的新诗本体话语的历史过程。胡适的差异性本体话语,实际上以自身的缺口,敞开了新诗的历史可能,我们对新诗的历史评价,不宜简单地以胡适的理论为依据。

In defense of New Poetry＇s legitimacy,Hu Shi＇s ontology of New Poetry is constructed through highlighting the differences between New Poetry and Classical Chinese Poetry,as well as the common features shared by poetry and prose,while the stylistic features of New Poetry proper are relatively neglected.In this sense,the development of Chinese New Poetry is not a succession of the past,but a process of unceasingly overthrowing the ontology of New Poetry constructed by Hu Shi.In fact,Hu＇s difference-based ontology,with the imperfections in itself,is proved to be open to all possibilities.On this account,we should not judge New Poetry simply on the basis of Hu Shi＇s theories.
