摘要
总结分析上海轨道交通网络拓展后产生的新问题和新要求,如出行时耗长、线路拥挤、单一用地功能带来的客流不均衡性问题,以及轨道交通对引导用地空间紧凑型的要求等。提出了轨道交通线网规划的"高强客流1小时法则",以及轨道交通与用地功能调整的"轨站四圈法";提出了"市郊快线、宽通道、换乘区"等概念与规划理念,以及基于轨道交通车站或枢纽的四种用地功能开发模式。最后对上海新一轮综合交通体系规划思路、国家相关技术规范改进与完善提出了建议,提出了加强轨道交通系统自身以及轨道交通系统与土地利用的关系的内在规律研究的建议。
This paper summarizes and analyses the new issues and requirements that result from the development of rail network of Shanghai,such as long travel time,crowded trains,and unbalanced passenger flow distribution caused by the simple land-use.Meanwhile,there also is the requirement for compact land use guided by rail transit.The paper proposes the rule of "time consumption of no more than one hour for high-intensity passenger flow";the method of "4-circle land-use restructuring";the planning concepts and ideas of "suburban rapid rail","multiple-trackrail","interchange area",etc.In the end this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving and perfecting the thoughts of the new Shanghai comprehensive transport planning and related national technical standards concerning the rail transit,suggesting that the study on the internal laws of the rial transit system and that between rail transit system and land-use should be enhanced.
